Feb 17: Spoon Carving
Feb 17: Spoon Carving
Saturday Feb 17, 10am-4pm in downtown Marshall, NC
Join me to learn the art of carving hardwood spoons. In this class, you will make a simple spoon of your own design. Dried hardwood spoons are the gifts that keep on giving: with proper care, this heirloom will last long enough to be handed down through generations. Included in the cost of this class is a small set of your very own carving knives, which you can take home with you to continue practicing your new skills.
I am excited to share my love of this age-old craft and guide you through the basics of woodcarving!

this class will be held at my studio in downtown Marshall, NC. You will receive the address and arrival instructions when you sign up.
what is included in the class?
this class will include in-depth instruction and support, all materials needed to make your spoon, and a small set of carving tools which you can take home with you.
who is this class for?
this class is for anyone who wants to carve a spoon! beginners and intermediate carvers are welcome.
